terrible place !!! insects in the rooms, unprofessional staff, dirty beddings, third class amenities. do not spoil your leisure time and hard money and most importantly beware of paid reviews. they don't even bother to listen to the guest once they receive money.

Our trip to Kasauli was a memorable one thanks to our stay at the fabulous wood creek resort and spa. It is the ideal place to stay in Kasauli. Just about 7 km from the hustle bustle of the city and yet in a very peaceful location with green surroundings and full privacy. The resort has a very professional, polite and accommodating staff who go out of their way to help you. The food was sumptuous, both breakfast and dinner, just like punjabi food. The rooms and bathrooms are very spacious, comfortable and neat amd clean. The rooms are well heated even during the winter and offer great views of Kasauli city and the hills from its balconies. The interiors and exteriors of the resort are very tastefully done and look classy. The facilities are also great with car parking available outside, availability of WiFi and arrangement of bonfire. A special mention of Mr.Pankaj Gera from Sales & Marketing for all his help during the time of booking and Mr. krishan the G.M operation and ms. Ritika the receptionist the who was extremely helpful and also gave us some valuable tips about the places to visit in and around Kasauli.

A great place to chill out caring staff with very good hospitality thanks for lovely experience Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Woodcreek resort kasauli.Beautiful rooms with nature surrounding all around with green dense forest . Special mention to restaurant staff Bhupesh for taking such good care of us and keeping us comfortable throughout our journey. Food was amazing and freshly made,and the housekeeping staff doing a wonderful job too.

We visited the hotel after it looked decent in pictures online and we are proud of our decision. The rooms are nice and tidy, with all basic amenities, washroom are clean which is very important for me. The staff was courteous and the food was the best part about this place. We never expected food to be the way it was but to our suprise we had almost all our meals here. Our pick was the amazing sizzlers on offer and the malai kofta. A definite try. Overall a very comfortable stay with nice parking too. Kudos!
